natural history collections
The former city palace of the Counts of Schönborn from 1681 has housed the natural history collections since 1970, some of which trace back to the collection of the former Royal Bavarian Forestry Academy.
Regional flora and fauna
Not only the local flora and fauna are presented, but numerous exotic animals and plants can be discovered here as well.
Mineralogy
The geology and minerology departments introduce the topography and geological history of the Spessart region.
About bats,butterflies and fossils...
Numerous educational offerings for children, families, and adults are offered by the Tour Guide Network.
