Die Kongress- und Touristikbetriebe wurden im November 2013 zertifiziert, im November 2016 rezertifiziert und arbeiten kontinuierlich an weiteren Verbesserungen.

By linking comparable conference centres in the seven administrative districts of Bavaria, Kongress-Allianz-Bayern has created a fast and professional forum for networking. With over 300 members in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium and neighbouring European countries, the European Association of Event Centres (EVVC) is the only association in Europe to represent the interests of civic halls, conference centres, arenas, event venues, multi-purpose halls and sports venues.
Every year, the member establishments of the EVVC play host to between 130,000 and 200,000 events attended by more than 70 million guests and delegates. The member organisations and their service partners provide jobs for 200,000 people.
To take responsibility when organising and running events means to be able and ready to answer entrepreneurial questions and to stand by the con-sequences of one’s own actions. The Sustainability Codex of the German-speaking events industry is an industry specific codex. It offers practical guidance to all stakeholders so they can assume this responsibility.
